• Once production begins, changes to the design may not be possible, or additional charges may apply.

• We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days.

• Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be issued at our discretion after proof of damage (e.g., photos) is provided.
• Refunds for non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
